An Expert Guest workshop curated by Nourish and Nurture - focusing on the 'Gift of BREATH'.
Nasa Hi Shiro Dwaram The nose is the door to consciousness according to ancient Vaidya Vagbhatta. Without an optimally functioning nose, we literally can’t live well.
In this 90 min workshop, we explored:-
● Our relationship with breath and therefore life.
● Nasa marmani massage to activate energy points in and around the nose. Daily nasa marmani massage helps with headaches, sinus congestion, pulmonary congestion, allergies, snoring, sleep apnea as well as clears energy blockages in the lungs and ovaries.
● How to self administer Nasya. (Nasya involves the nasal inhalation of herbal oils into the sinuses which has a direct impact on the lymphatic vessels and on immunity. Nasya can prove to be an effective remedy for congestion, allergies, sinusitis, headaches, migraine, rhinitis and other nasal infections. This therapy will cleanse, purify and strengthen the nasal passages allowing you to breathe fully and easily again.)
