Modify the Fuel first…
Our bodies function normally and fully well as its default factory setting. When we begin to feel our body is not functioning normally first investigate what needs to be modified in its fuel.
Emotional Fuel - never forget the driving force of our mind and body is how we feel as we move through experiences in life. If we feel prolonged periods of worthlessness, sadness, anger, and no purpose in life, we are pushing our body functions to be under too much stain and risk for breakdown.
Nutritional Fuel - if we are taking in suboptimal nutrition (highly processed) and food with no live enzymes for prolonged periods of time, we are pushing our body functions and its systems to get eroded, plagued, dehydrated and shriveled therefore it impacting the circulatory pathways to clog and preventing its fuel from reaching every cell.
No one can know other than yourself as to what fuel is missing in your body. You are your own best doctor if you come to think of it. We may complicate the process of health restoration when we involve other outside stake holders. If you must choose co-doctors, choose them carefully - someone who is willing to walk with you not someone who takes over you and make your feel powerless and helpless.
Truth About Vitamins and Minerals: The most fundamental truth is every organism is self-regulatory and complete and whole by the creation of God. No organism needs anything 'manufactured' from outside except its eco system that it exchanges and thrives on.
Eco system is meant to be diverse, complex, and yet coherent and as magnificent as a creation is.
The natural eco system for a baby since conception is a safe and loving yet active environment throughout pregnancy and onset of labour as destined by nature when baby is completely ready to initiate the labor and a loving and safe environment is provided for a mother - with support to follow her inner body wisdom.
Instead, very often she is bombarded with interventions like inducing labor, epidural for pain management, not allowed to follow her wisdom of movement during labor, use of unnatural birthing positions especially on her back, not being allowed to have fluids and nutrition instead being attached to monitors and IV line and perhaps end up using instrumentation such as forceps, vacuum or C-section.
This prevents the cord blood from being transferred to the baby, which keeps the iron stores until baby begins to make her own. Intervention prevents immediate bonding and initiation of feeding of the baby right after birth. In reality, neither the baby’s body nor the mother’s body or her milk is deficient in any essential biochemical needs such as vitamins and micro minerals.
It is the eco system that needs to be safeguarded rather than state that baby's body is not developed enough or mother's milk is insufficient. It is the interdependency between mother and baby that needs to be acknowledged and celebrated to prevent the drug industry from making us believe that something is less and it needs to be fulfilled externally.
Every vitamin and supplements are drugs and every manufactured drug will have side effects. This is another surrogate pharma industry that supplies a belief system that our bodies are deficient in vitamins and minerals. This deflects us from maintaining and building back our eco system and we get dependent on drugs.
Objectively, we can simply follow the rule of listening to our body to see if we can help it regulate with natural foods as medicine.
Or we may need for a "SHORT PERIOD" – an external drug-based support to bridge the extreme deficit.
