Heartfelt... Food for Thought

Tender Coconut Water – our natural IV

9/27/2022

Stress and emotions or chemical stress (wrong food, medicines, drugs) sucks the life force which runs in your body as living fluid (which dries up within hours of death). This fluid drying up is dehydration which is what needs immediate replacement. This is why tender coconut water is your natural IV line and must be your first go to solution.

Interestingly, even in western medicine the first line of treatment is IV Dextrose which is often what is sufficient and enough and if they just waited enough body will recover.

But we have our natural IV - tender coconut water- the biggest blessing for tropical countries. I often say after mother’s milk it is the coconut water which is our life line.

It is important to gain control of your breath through Dhikr (remembrance & praise of Almighty) & meditation (self-reflection), gain the right perspective of life and be aware of bigger perspective (moderate fasting every day). All this reduces the use of this life force significantly and you can flourish & thrive on just few organic natural fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, & little very occasional meat.

Nature provides all bounties and we only need little from it. 🙏🏽
